In this, you are supported by the assistant Teamlead and coordinators. At the stroke of 10 am you take part in a stand up meeting with the other Teamleads in the EDC. What is going to happen? How are we going to do it? How can we help each other? Of course, it is important to measure performance. The annually determined KPI set is your dashboard on which you (re)steer. What improvements in processes and working methods are possible? Last but not least is safety in the warehouse. You ensure that everyone obeys the rules. Better safe than sorry. If no incidents occur you can even earn a nice bonus for that.
